Spahn's Ranch Raid 8/16/69 Continued...

This sheriff's report, indicates how/where Manson was apprehended during the Spahn's Ranch Raid.

Manson was found hiding beneath the "saloon"... lying face down in the dirt, between the foundation timbers.

As everyone will recall, Manson was also found hiding during the Barker's Ranch Raid in October.  He was found under the sink.

It seems Charlie likes to hide, when shit hits the fan! LOL!
Where some of the guys were found:
Where some of the girls were found:

  1. It's a good thing for Charlie that he was so little so he could hide in small places. He must be one of those people who can dis-locate a joint to fit in tiny areas. LOL.

It's a shame that he didn't get in trouble for parole violation. He had stolen credit cards in his pocket. He's obviously a thief.

  2. Charlie Versus Lindsay Lohan:

They both got arrested several times while on probation for petty crimes involving vehicles and stolen property and drugs

they both never seemed to stay in jail for long despite the many arrests while on probation...

They both came and went in and out of California at will while on probation...

they both made a mockery of the trial and court system, and have made laughing, smirking remarks in court showing no respect or fear of retribution....

They both have tried to blame and hide behind others when it came time to answer to the law....

Now I know it was not Charlie who did any stabbing- but if nothing else his influence and the life he led contributed in some way to the death of others ( we can debate how much but he gets some credit) before they finally locked him up for good....

Does Lindsay have to kill someone or herself before those fools out there will do something???

Thing haven't seemed to change much out there ion all these years...

  3. Hi St!!

Now I know it was not Charlie who did any stabbing- but if nothing else his influence and the life he led contributed in some way to the death of others

Right on St. Circumstance. The others had a choice, that's right. But if Charlie had never gathered his "band of misfits", fed them drugs and vomited his gobble-de-gook on them, these murders would never have happened.

Does anyone think that if Bobby, Bruce, Clem, Susan, Pat, Leslie or Tex had never met Charles Manson that they would have killed anyone?

    I really don't think so....

  4. I don't know that they'd have been killing people but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have dedicated their lives to helping old Ladies across the street either.
I'm of the opinion that these people had something amiss in their hearts, souls or whatever you call it to go along with murder.

  5. Hey all.

To answer Katie's question, I think the only person who would be "capable" of killing still would be Susan. Prior to Manson she was in Oregon with some armed robbers involved in some robberies. She admitted when she got caught she would have opened fire on them.

  6. Matt good point. I might debate it tomorrow.

Well it's getting late and I'll bid everyone adieu. Have a great evening everyone!

  8. I am with you Matt- I don't give anyone a pass for murder- but no doubt the tough guy mentality and do or die for the good of the group atmosphere was in part created by Charlie- so anyone who crossed a line they might not have before- certainly had motivation to do so after...

but only the chosen few would go as far as being animals and harming others physically- Charlie couldn't put anything in their heart to cause them to kill- I don't disagree with that...

obviously petty crime was within quite a few of them without any outside influence

I guess my point was that Lindsay might have to kill someone chasing assistants through the highways of LA high on Coke, or accidentally overdose, or hit someone in a bar with a glass in the wrong place or something indirect before people realize what a serious threat she has become....

Why is it that they seem to think it is o.k. to keep letting people walk in and out of jail until they finally do something which costs so much???

I really remember thinking over and over when I first started reading about the Manson Case- " how could Charlie have kept getting out of jail while on probation?" he stole- busted with drugs-suspected rape- that alone should have kept him in- but again- through it all- he was already on probation!

and just the other day Mrs. Circumstance and myself were watching T.V- and Lindsay came on Letterman and my wife asked me the exact same question...

" Isn't she already on probation? how can she go in and out of the state and get in trouble so often?"

While watching a live report of one of her last court hearings the judge actually told her she would sentence her to some jail time IF:

" That actually meant something in the state of California"

When the judges themselves feel powerless...

how should the rest of us feel??

  9. Tex would have, Tex can place blame on Charlie all he would like. But to slash and stab with the ferocity he did and without hesitation shows that KILLING was in his blood before Charlie came along. Charlie might have been the one to open the door for Tex's natural lust for murder, but he didn't teach it to him

  10. It's easy to understand why the girls would gravitate toward Charlie and hang on to his every word as gospel truth. These girls had little or no self esteem. They didn't feel loved, wanted or important.

Along comes Charlie and he addresses each of their needs accordingly, individually, supplying each of them with what is missing inside. They would do anything for him.

Bobby, Bruce and Tex I'm not so sure about.

  11. Isn't it odd that Charlie was supposedly such a "bad ass leader", but on each raid he's found hiding? LOL.

Hey Lauren! Yes Susan did say that, but she basically just had a big mouth. Lots of shoulda/coulda/woulda coming out of her mouth, but in reality she never killed anyone.

Yes according to Bruce, he did.

Very good point. I keep going back to that guy (can't remember his name) that knew Tex when they were selling wigs, and describes him as a "yes-maaming, no-maaming" kinda guy, and was just astounded at how Tex turned out.

I can't say that Charlie "turned him into a killer", but I do believe that if Tex had stayed in Texas and finished College, he would not have killed anyone.

I think that when Tex moved away from his parents in Sticksville, Texas to the freedom and exceedingly different lifestyle in California, it turned his head. And meeting Charlie was a catalyst that was like the "perfect storm".

    Just my opinion. :)

  17. I also want to say that my heart goes out to the victims of today's Boston Massacre. This was a stupid, senseless act, such as has been perpetrated upon our society as of late, and cannot and WILL NOT be tolerated by this country.

Physicians at Mass General Hospital have determined that both bombs were filled with nails, ball-bearings, and other miscellaneous metal objects, for the sole purpose of inflicting as much harm, as possible.

As a result, there have been dozens of amputations.

What kind of a cowardly worm does something like that?

I really hope they find this ass clown.

  22. For those of you following the Joki Hilarious trial, you might be wondering what a CV is.

It stands for curriculum vitae, which is a fancy Latin term for "what the fuck have I been doing since I was 20 years old".

It could even include singing "So Long, Farewell" from the Sound of Music if you wanted it to.

The DA's rebuttal case has begun, and his first witness is a PhD who says that Jodi doesn't have PTSD and doesn't have a memory loss.

Interesting to note, Jodi wrote on a note pad the ENTIRE TIME this witness testified, only stopping on cross. Hmmmm.....I'm thinking her counsel told her to write feverishly to not hear what the witness was saying, so she wouldn't go haywire and stand up and scream and thereby having the Sheriff's office ignite that switch that's been taped on her back.

I wonder what Jodi was writing....maybe a letter to Travis chastising him that her current situation is all his fault because he's dead now...

  23. Sharon Tate auditioned for the part of Liesl in The Sound of Music but was rejected. Probably because she couldn't sing. Liesl had to sing "Sixteen Going on Seventeen" and Sharon didn't have a strong singing voice.

  26. Unfortunately we live in a time where these types of mass causality attacks will keep happening and will become more frequent. I think when this is all said and done, they will find the perpetrator to be a Boston local with some ax to grind. Unfortunately these nuts always take it out on people who have nothing to do with their issues. Over reacting will lead us down a wrong path, next thing we know Congress will start debating a restriction on all pressure cookers!

  30. Astute colleagues and gentle readers:

Well, court was cut short again today because Jodi has yet another convenient migraine headache. She had one in February, March and now April. Interesting that she's never had migraines before trial. She probably should have said she's getting her period. That would be more believable.

Hmmmmm....reminds me of Susan Atkins when she tried to delay testimony by saying she had a "stomach-ache". After time, Judge Older quit buying it, because there was nothing wrong with her. She was faking it. He ordered her back to court.

WOW! Could Jodi be lying again to delay court??? No way!! LOL.

    Jodi's Journal Entry for today:

    April 17, 2013:

I was hoping to look pretty today and impress the jury, in spite of that cold sore. I don't think the men look at me anymore, so I need to get back to my cell and re-apply my makeup. Maybe they can play that sex tape again. because that got a lot of special attention, especially from the men.

The defense witness doesn't believe that I was abused and can't remember stabbing Travis and cutting his head off. The Law of Attraction says I can't say anything bad about that. Oh wait...I quit believing in The Law of Attraction long before I killed Travis.

Note to myself: stop believing my own lies.

One thing I DO know about migraine headaches is that they usually last for days, the victim of these headaches are sensitive to light and can't keep their eyes open, and are obviously struggling with pain.

None of these symptoms are present with Jodi. Oh wait, she put her hand to her mouth like she was going to puke. Yeah Buddy! LOL

Please Baby Huey and "Doctor" Willmont, help your client by advising her to stop crying Wolf!

  31. It has always bothered me that the cops served an expired warrant.

Was this just a harassment tactic used to get the Family to get the hell out of the county? I can't believe the cops planned on conducting trials for some of those arrested since the informer surely told the cops that some at the ranch were not connected with Manson.

  32. Oh BTW, Jodi was supposed to be "as intelligent as Einstein", yet her overall IQ score was 119. Mine is 139.

    She's a lightweight.

Mr. P., I think the date on the warrant was just a mistake.

  33. Travis and Jodi were having a peaceful courtship until travis' boss and wife, Chris and Sky Hughes, made it clear to T & J that they can't date anymore. That started all the drama. Until this meddling by the Hughes there were no problems. Jodi even went over to see Sky Hughs and asked her politely why she didn't like them dating. ky then berated Jodi for ten minutes before Jodi left their home without replying.
Jodi had never had this happen to her in any previous relationship. Her entre into the Morman church was a disaster. The Mormans hated her and attacked her.

  34. Katie who did you get to take your IQ test for you? Not that there is anything wrong with that.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Mr. P, you haven't even listened to this case. Jodi jumped on the Mormon Bandwagon ONE WEEK after she met Travis. Just another instance of her identify jumping. A PERFECT example.

She was trying to be what he wanted. Her fault. Not his.

Just like she became a bleached blonde to match Matt's ex-wife, like the defense witness said.

The Hughes meddlings needs to be determined by the Prosecutor. I think they wanted Jodi to disappear. I think that's why Skye Hughes said that to Jodi in an e-mail.

Katie who did you get to take your IQ test for you? Not that there is anything wrong with that.

It was taken when I was a Junior in High School. In the Cafeteria. My IQ level was measured at 139. Any more questions Mr. P?

  42. Well today's trial didn't really introduce anything new, except that Jennifer Willmot has morphed into Juan Martinez, with her "right...right...right???"

She got rather testy with the prosecution's doc, but she lost as usual.

She did ask an odd question which was "how do you know Jodi erased the pictures".

Well Jennifer, there were 2 people there, and one was dead. Who do you think erased them? A dead guy, or Jodi?

A side note...why does Jodi keep licking her teeth? It's so disgusting. Licking teeth, both upper and lower, with the mouth shut. Like an animal.

Mr. P, why do you think the mormons attacked Jodi?

I met the love of my life today at Home Depot. I saw him standing in the hand tools section. Actually, he was the only guy of the first 17 I approached that even acknowledged me. But he did say to me "would you please move so that I can get to the hammers?"

I love, love, love him. But I think there's something off with that boy. If only I knew his name!!!

Well Dear Diary, I followed him to the checkout counter and saw his name and address on his receipt. I hope he has a doggy door. I'll find out tomorrow.
