I've looked at several pages related to Ruth Moorehouse there, but I don't think I've located it.

OK, I think I got it. I downloaded the pic and enlarged it with windows picture viewer.
From left to right the people look to me like (maybe) Paul Watkins, Ruth, Mary Brunner, Clem, "Unknown" male with a person behind him, and (maybe) Bo Rosenberg with Gypsy behind her.
One thing I did notice as I enlarged that pic, I thought there was some type of "arrow" on the sleeve of Grogans shirt. Apparently, that "arrow" was added to the photograph as it is pointing to a "sheath knife" that Grogan has strapped on his side.
Lynyrd, did you juast watch the film "Burlesque" or maybe "Sweet Charity?" These gals look like they're getting ready to burst into a chorus of "Hey, Big Spender." ;-)

Okay I've researched this for years. Talked to lots of folks, listened to a lot of "sources", and I've come to the following conclusion:
On the night of August 8, 1969, Charlie told his girls: "Go with Tex and do whatever Tex says. And write something witchy"...and yada, yada, yada...people ended up dead.
Oops....I just yada yadaed over the best part. HA HA.
